Please Help ZC Sputtering
Alright so here is the situation, I just bought an 88' Hatch with a SOHC ZC, Car ran great from where I bought it to where I live (roughly 100 miles) I went to start it the next morning and the motor will not start on the first turn of the key I always have to give it a lucky number two turn. then when it starts it idles rough, when I give it some gas the RPM's drop. I have baby the gas peddle to get it to gain RPM's. when I give it gas I get a nasty Black/clear liquid literally spraying out of the exhaust (it has no smell). When I bought it the guy told me it had a new distributor/cables (by the look of it they are new) I am not 100% on how new the Plugs are. I think tomorrow I will replace the fuel filter and new plugs. but please give me some ideas. I am in the Navy and I have to ship this car on Friday due to transferring to Hawaii.
Alright so today I was able to change the Fuel filter, new NGK Plugs and wires, 3 oil changes (Oil was nasty), engine and radiator flushes. Car is running much better. not bogging down nearly as much it is still hesitating when the gas is pressed though. any ideas??
