exhaust flange 10cm to 12cm adapter?

exhaust flange 10cm to 12cm adapter?
Basically my current axleback has a 12cm flange from center of one hole to another. I don't want to modify my exhaust but rather have a flange that coverts the 12cm to a 10cm (original) midpipe. What would you guys do if you're in my shoe?
