B16A tranny in a 94 LX 4dr weight is 2630 with me in it, 195 55 15 allseason/winter tires, result was 14.1 @101 missing 3rd then grabbing it (bad syncro)with a 2.3 60 ft. I was like okay I'll just get another pass but then some jack *** spills oil on the track and the RacewayPark announcer says the evening is over. I was pissed but I will be back and I'm hoping for a 2.1 60 ft which I use to always do on street tires/old B set up and a 13.6 atleast with a higher trap on the same tires.

This was at Englishtown racewaypark
I did a 13.8 @ 101 with a 2.2 60ft I wanted a better time but realized that that wasn't gonna happen when I felt the way the car was spinning/wheel hopping 1st and 2nd violently. My conclusion was the missmatch tires. The drivers side was more of and allseason tire and the passenger was a straight winter/snow tire purchased at a flat fix spot, so obviously the drivers side was gripping better than the passenger and I felt it in every pass when it pulled violently to the side in 2nd, but I don't think Im going back without at least some BFG drag radials.

Same for anyone here that goes to E-town and owns slicks, maybe we can set something up. Just click the links for details

I did run without the belt with no problems, but have the KS eliminator kit now.
Much better when dealing with the timing belt and increases oil pressure. Always a good thing. Eliminates some weight too! -->Go for it!!
