I bought a header for my '90 lx, f22a1. I removed the stock manifold and disconnected the down pipe from the cat converter and bottom of the engine, but when I went to pull it down and out of the car the flange that goes to the manifold wont go between the block and a crossmember. I even tried to pull it up through the engine bay, but the other flange is even bigger and also gets stuck. I would just cut it off, but I know that the header flange wont fit through there either. Is there a trick to this? Thanks.
