Default No parklights/daytime running lights

Like the title says, Ive checked all fuses and relays and all is well. I even replaced the combo switch(OEM# 35255-S5A-A02) and still no park lights. Signal and hazard lights work. I ran into this problem once on a 91 civic and it was the ICU unit thats on the side of the dash fuse box. Has anyone on the board ran into this problem with the O5 civic? Thanx in advance guys/grls.
