Ok heres what happened. Filled up with gas car was running fine til I pulled out of gas station then it stalled out. when to start it and it backfired and lit the intake on fire. Any Ideas what happened? Still Won't start kinda sounds like it is flooding out any ideas would be helpful.

Have you checked the timing? Sounds like it backfired back into the intake because the timing is off.

how old is the motor swap?
