Default Will a 2000 GSR Fuel pump work in a 91 LS

Hey guys,

I have a 91 LS that needs a fuel pump replacement. I picked up a used fuel pump from a 2000 GSR. Connections are a little different but that's not a problem, the GSR pump is a lot smaller in size than the 91 LS. So the question is, will it pump adequately for 91 LS? Can't find specs of either one of the fuel pumps. Thanks in advance for your help.

Never mind, did a little more research and found out that 91 LS Fuel pump pressure should be 36-41psi, 2000 GSR Fuel pump pressure is 39-44psi. So even though its smaller in size its got more pressure so it should be fine, a little upgrade I guess. Please respond to this if you think this could harm the engine in any way. Thanks!
