Default car bogs after header...

ok so i have a jdm b16 in my 91 crx dx. its 0bd0 pr3 ecu. i have two o2 sensors which i had my mechanic weld be me in two o2 bungs in 1&4 bank and 2&3 bank. i hooked everything up. screwed the o2s in. they are in the correct holes. no exhaust leaks..nothing like that. but the car bogs..not to the point where it will stall but it seems like its cutting out or something. it does this if i accelerate to quick.. or if im at a constant speed it will sputter untill i let off the gas a tad. if i hall *** and red line the like im racing it runs fine. doesnt bog or anything. i have no check engine light or anything. i also tried resetting the ecu which didnt help either. im not the most skilled when it comes to cars but im not an idot. i did alot of research before i got the header so that i could still have my o2. i did everything so that the car would run right but its not running right. i wanna try to figure it out on my self with having my mechanic do it just so i can learn. but if i cant figure it out ill have to take it to him. the only other thing that makes some sense is maybe its just taking the ecu longer to adjust or something . i really dont no. i just wanted ur guys opinions. :-)b
thanks guys

are you using 1 wire or 4 wire o2 sensors? and are you throwing any codes?
