ok i have a completely screwed d16y8 97 coupe ex. blown head gasket im sure of, and a whole mess of other engine, electrical, suspension, and pretty much all sorts of other problems and i have no clue what they are or anything. its me only ride atm. i have a buddy who's selling a 89 or so year crx with a b18c5 swap, 4 wheel discs, not exactly sure what they're from but i'm pretty sure they're from an integra, completely stripped interior, and pretty much stock on the suspension i think, possibly lowering springs. My first question is how much can i pull from the ITR swap and swap to the ek?
second: What else would I have to purchase to get the swap to run?

 

if he has it in that car....take everything....just about everything motor related will be re-usable in the Ek....

 

well another question arises. how much else from the crx would i be able to re-use? i have lowering springs and no camber kit on the civic (dumbass i bought it from didnt tell me this) and so my money spent on new tires has been.... a little bit ridiculous, because i didnt know what the **** was happening to them. i can't get a parental loan to buy the crx because its "a death trap race car" according to them, unless i can use it to fix my civic to be usable and then sell the crx shell.

 

use it to fix the civ then sell the shell for like 500 bucks
