Default suspension too tight?

I wanna start buying suspension parts for my car. Such as tower bars, sway bars, etc. but as i was doing my research, i would occasionally read about people getting too many addons and they ended up tightening up their suspension too much.

So my question for you guys is how do you tighten up your suspension too much, what makes it happen? What part combinations are a sure guarantee that your over doing it? What are the best parts to stick with then?

If there is some thread out there on this matter, please send me the link, ive looked around some but most the time people are just talking about which tower bars are better and how you should get this and that..

btw, i drive a 97 prelude with skunk2 springs and kyb shocks if that helps any

I don't run any braces in my 20 year old CRX. It seems to work well. Save the weight.

And I don't know what you mean when you say "tighten" but with your shocks and springs, I don't think it would be possible to make the car too stiff. Sure it may become "tight" which is another word for understeer prone.

im not talking about the shocks and springs being stiff, im talking about adding on bars that tighten up the suspension/frame such as tower bars, sway bars, braces, etc. How do you know when you tightened it up too much, like the car is unbalanced in its rigidity.
