Default Oil Life Percentage

My oil life percentage indicator in the dash was reading 15%. I changed the oil and filter, but the indicator is still showing that the oil life is at 15%??

Can anyone tell me something that will reset this code?

their are 2 small buttons next to each other on the left hand side of the dash. one for changing MPH to KMH and one to switch what the dash says(cant think off the top of my head what the button says on it maybe INFO). keep pushing that button until the oil life percentage pops up. then when it is on the oil life % hold the button down until the oil life % starts to flash. release the button and then push and hold down the button again until the oil life re-sets.

Interesting fact. My 08 did not come with a manual.

But I think it is because I told them I had my 07 manual still.

I'm amused at how people can't figure out for themselves that holding the "reset" button will reset the oil life. You'd think if they could reset the trip odometer they'd figure out the oil life.

Yeah umm I had a pretty good idea on what to do, just complimenting the efforts of others posts.
