I have searched and can't find an answer to my problem, or anyone else with this problem

My memory works, the clock keeps time, it dims with the switch when the lights are turned on/

My problem is even undimmed it it so dim that I can barely read it. is there any way to replace bulbs that are in it or increase the brightness??

My fuses are good as well, I connected the clock harness to my radio harness and the radio works like it should. Everything functions fine, it's just VERY dim and then goes out almost completely when the lights are turned on.

Any help would be great.
