Default body kits

is it worth it to buy a body kit for a 01 prelude for a car in canada that i would either have to store half the year or drive in the winter with the kit on?

*sigh* I wish I was lucky enough to get my lude when I was 16 haha. Um, as for your question, I don't think it's worth it to get a body kit and then keep your car in storage. You definitely don't want to drive it during the winter because it will really mess your body kit up. Hm, I say stick with the oem kit with the stock ride height if you're going to drive all year round. My two cents.

i have the OEM kit and I was lowered 1.5".......I used to live in Moose Jaw, and we had the ruts in the winter just like you....

I never really scraped (my exhaust more than the kit).....if you get the OEM kit, you should be fine, they are pretty durable

before you get a body kit get some springs first....put a bodykit on and some low profile tires on a stock and you go ScCrAapE
