Things didnt go as planned and we are behind schedule. Just fired the car up after hours (days) of troubleshooting, missed my allignment appointment locally this morning.

Havent slept in 36 hours, looking to get an allignment in the area before the races..

If anyone can help us out, let me know.

 

I'm sure if you can't get it on a rack. Someone here will be able to help you out at the track.

Most of us have pretty good eye's for that kind of thing.

 

Yeah just bring your plum bob and t square and do it like old times, right.

They do awesome alignments, especially for racecars... Call them and make sure they can fit you in, shouldnt be a problem

I didn't even use those when I set the rear up in the yellow car, all by eyeball. But my eye's were a bit better when I was 51y/o

They are literally 5 miles from the track and on the main road that leads to the track. I know they used to have some top notch guys there that would set up our auto-x setups and some local fwd drag guys. hopefully they still work there. the guys that ran the shop ran a lot of porsche cup races. hope this helps.

I was thinking about that place as well. It would be the closest to the track and easy to get to. They have recently done a total remodel and I am not sure if its the same people. I did have an issue there once, I was desperate for a coil-over install and they said they wouldn't do it for liability reasons? I figured it wouldn't be an issue since there were race cars there all the time. Strange.

 

probably insurance reasons or something that doesn't allow them to install aftermarket performance parts or something. maybe they are only covered to do oem type repairs. but they never had an issue working on cars that already had coilovers on it.
