i know it would be retarded... BUT, could you put EF trialing arms/drums on DA?

Since they are interchangeable I figure i could put EF drums on DA, and also just switch the e-brake cable lines....

Let me know if there would be any issues with that at all.

Thanks, Charlie

The issues would be in your drastically reduced braking performance due to the fact that drums are severely lacking in terms of braking capabilities.
Are the ef drums hydro powered or are there cables running to them?

ef drums have brake lines. only the E-brake feature is activated by the e-cable.

Yes I know the DA would not brake as well but it should not affect a person who just uses the car for daily driving. (my niece's car) and the car is auto anyways....lol

i figured I could take her rear trailing arms for mine since she doesn't have any performance use anyways. Drums stop fine, accords and crv even have them, so safety is not a major concern.
