FS/FT 99 civic si blue
99 Honda Civic Si
Rebuilt Title
Has 130k miles (original b16 block and tranny)
Fully built head:
-Skunk2 Intake Manifold, Cam Gears, Valve Springs, Retainers & Valves
-Crower Cam Shaft 402
-Port n Polish Head
-3 Angle Valve Job
Recaro EVO Racing Seats (Driver and Passenger)
Rota HM3 Wheels
Carbon Fiber Hood
Ground Control Coilovers w/ stock shocks (that needs replacing)
Has A/C
Needs new power steering belt
will trade for a 99 up civic 4 door and 98 up integra 4 door let me know what you got for trade

i still want to know WTF a "rebuilt title" is?
In the little red box on the CA title, whats it say? my step dad used to own a used car lot and as far as i know there is only 2 kinds of titles.. clean and salvaged.

my is a utah title. it say rebuilt title used to be salvage. in utah when it get built and certified by the dmv it get a rebuilt title
