Default Do I need the "Dynamic Damper" on the driveshaft?

I'm replacing the driveshaft on my 99 civic, the drivers side, and the one I bought from autozone doesn't have the dynamic damper on it like the one on my car. The only way I could see getting it on the new driveshaft I bought is to disassemble the new driveshaft so I could slide it on.

Is it not necessary? I would think maybe it's not needed otherwise I would think they would include it on the new driveshaft.

Any help would be great.

Put the axle in, it'll be just fine.
