Default D16Z6 VTEC disabled I need help ... PLEASE??

So I bought this eg hatch it has a D16Z6 (motor swap)
However it has a P05 ECU more then likely stock ecu....

I didn't notice at first the but the Vtec Wiring is not connected.
So I have 2 Wires connectors chilling ...

So I asked the Seller if she had another ECU . She gives me a P2T ECU, I believe its an SI 99- 20XX ecu...

Im pretty much lost... If someone could explain to me whats going on here. Im thinking I could either wire something up with what I got or I might have to buy a P28 ECU.

Thanks in advance!!!!

that p05 ecu is for a cx motor. i know that a p06 can be modified to run as a p28, but i'm not sure about the p05... when you say you have "2 wires chillin", do you mean that you have 2 extra wires? i guess what i'm asking is do you have a vtec solenoid?

Either buy a P28 ECU, or get the P05 ECU chipped with fuel and ignition maps for the P28. Then hook up the wires properly.
