Default catastrophic clutch failure

i need to know what causes this to happen so i can prevent it from happening again this is an oem from the dealer friction pad

Clutch designed for regular driving and power. If you don't want it to happen again, replace with an unsprung clutch.

that is the messed up part it is a stock motor with 265k on the odometer i have only done like 5 burn outs that is the messed up part

its an oem clutch, not heavy duty. dont do burnouts with it and dont try to launch with it. its not designed for it and the spring busting out is a result of it.
