I was wondering if the Type R wing directly bolts up to a 94-2000 GSR/LS trunk that had the oem wing on it? if this thread is already made can you kindly please redirect to the link.

Depending if you have the LED brake light you might need to install a 3rd brake light. Other than that it will mount fine, as long as its OEM. The aftermarket wings have poor fitment sometimes depending on where you purchase.
