Anybody? Grinding while accelerating with the wheel turned? Slight loss of power when turning? Noises? Anything?

Maybe it's just a CV problem. I've noticed that when I have the wheel turned, and try to accelerate, the engine revs, but no (or very little) power is going to the wheels. As I straighten back out, power comes back. I also get this grinding sound...
Any ideas?

I assume it's not and lsd or an auto tranny, correct? I'd look toward the clutch first. Cv's do not slip. They either work or they don't. Trannys don't slip unless they are an lsd.

Nope. It's like there's no power being transmitted to the wheels, but only when the wheels are turned - usually turned sharply. If they're turned just a little, there's no problem. But say I'm parking with the wheel cranked over. When I hit the gas, the engine revs, but no-go. Or very little go... Maybe it's just the CV joint.
That sounds like it *might* be a bad engine ground. One of my previous cars (a Jetta GLI 16v) exhibited the exact same symptoms (engine rev, dash lights ok, no power to wheels, then back on). When you crank your steering wheel, it might be exasterbating the bad conneciton. Check the negative ground to the engine...not just from the battery but the whole negative length...
check the negative ground from the ECU too...it should ground on the engine block...(not sure where it is though on honda's - haven't looked)
