The vehicle is a 91 RS coupe. I seem to be having a fuel pressure/delivery problem. The car does not like to run right when it is below half a tank. It makes the sound of running on 3 cylinders. When I put gas in it, runs fine but still not *** good as I like. When I come to a stop light and let it idle, it will bounce up a down a few times and die. When I try to crank it back up it wont fire for hell. After 15-20 mins it will fire right back up and run fine until you either get below half a tank or either stop in traffic. I have concluded that the main relay is good. The fuel pump has also been replaced along with the filter so I am down to 2 things. Either its the resistor box under the drivers seat is messed up or there is a kink in the line somewhere which is highly not likely. Does anybody have any ideas or what it could be? I am stumped.

Bump. I did not find a resistor box under the seat. Where is this thing located?
