I'm hoping this is a simple process. I don't have the money to purchase the wheels that I want so I thought I would make my stock (base) wheels look brand new. Does/has anyone ever done this before? I would like to know what's the best way; DIYS that is.

They are in decent shape with no big marks or scuffs, just some minor on all four. I just am picky when it comes to detail. Could is use a sander that is made to clean up alluminum?
