Identify 2.105 2nd gear
hi guys. Im about to build my transmission s80. I have decided on my mfactory 3rd,4th and 5th gear. In conjunction with a 2.105 itr second gear. I have 1.9 second gear at the moment.
I am about to purchase a 2.105 gear and would like to know how I can be absolutely sure it is 2.105. How many teeth etc. ??? thanks

Remember, you will need the input shaft, too, since it has the 2nd gear built onto it. Just divide the number of teeth from the one into the other one and you should come up with your ratio.
Ok i got a second transmission from a CTR. with 4.4FD and the 2.105 second gear.
I did a tear down on it and i need a few parts. Input shaft bearing bottom and top, seals and so on. I called my local honda dealer and priced the two bearings came to 140 euros alone for the two bearings. Can you guys suggest somewhere i can buy all these spares online.??
thanks

Synchrotech sells full bearing kits (minus diff bearings and gear needle bearings). I don't know of any Honda/Acura dealers that will ship internationally.
Thanks Aquafina. The needle bearings are good and im getting diff bearings from mfactory, All i need so far is input shaft clutch housing bearing, input shaft top bearing, And one syncro sleeve which might be good in my original transmission.
