Default Swapping intake manifolds NEED HELP ASAP!!!

swapping out my z6 complete intake manifold from my d16y8 back to the original y8 complete manifold (the car was like that when i bought it...) half way through the swap i ran into some problems with the difference between the two intake manfolds that delayed the swap....

1. where does this connect to, this is the y8 manifold thats going on (the last owner that put the z6 manifold on jus had a tube with a plugged the other end....)

2. this is the z6 manifold and on the back of it, it has a outlet for a sensor and the y8 doesnt and i was wondering if it was needed i dont wanna run with a engine check light on....

3. this is the y8 manifold, where do these two connect to the z6 manifold didnt have these 2 outlets

4. y8 manifold, where does the lower part of the hole connect to the z6 didnt have this so i dont know where it connects to.

thanks h-t!!!

I had the same problem but its been so dam long i dont remember. lol. All i know is i think you have the automatic y8 manifold and theirs a LOT more work to be done to fit it. sell it and go buy a standard y8 manifold and everything will be plug n play.

That sensor you circled up their is the Air temp sensor don't really need it but check engine light will come on. so i would put it. the standard y8 manifold has it. and it dont have them fuel vaccume lines like yours does.

right the white sensor on the back is the IAT. your Y8 should have one on the intake tube so you won't need to worry about that. the black box on the fuel rail is the purge control solenoid i think.. part of the evap system.

i can check back this afternoon and get you some more info if no one else has helped out.
