Default b series swap NOOB

okay this is my first swap or anything really extensive.but i have a 92 civic dx. what i would like to do is get a b20b(i think thats the right one the one out of a 96-98 cr-v...the one with the lower comp) what will i need etc? is there a write up also i will be doing a trans swap(auto to manual) at the same time.but i do not know what ecu or anything to use cause i'd like to use a LS trans i also planed on getting either hasport or some other mounts.just unsure of what all the mounts other then the auto to manual mount I'd need which i am unsure if I'd even need that.

you my friend need to become friendly with the search button on this site then come back with questions from what you learn doing that. there is waaaay to much to cover in a post like this and you will end up getting confused by what 500 people say and 490 of them wont have a clue.

Really not too bad....

Mounts, Shift Linkage, Axles

Those are the main things to get you going, if you didn't know. So much info out there for swapping a B into an EG, it isn't funny!

www.hasport.com will get you goin!

H-T and Google will do the rest!

if your gonna run just b20 stock p75 ls is the best way when you want to do b20v then go with the p28 or like in my case i have a p72 chipped cause i bought super cheap. also you will need a t bracket for your rear motor mount and a half shaft

I/H/E means Intake/Header/Exhaust.

your best bet would be to get a p28 have it chipped, then get it tuned for the mods you put on the car.

If you want facts and not people's opinions do a search on google or go to the faq's.

I usually defend people when hondatech is harsh on them but your being all demanding and stuff. So.... Stop being lazy and do your own research so you can post up your own thread with 100% facts. You can title it "look what i found on google in 35 minutes"
