These are 98%mint. The interior color is gloss blackish. The reflectors are OEM orange. I have never driven with these lights installed. There are two imperfections on the driver side clear housing (the outer piece u can see through):

#1 A small scratch 3 inches above where the first DOT numbers begin (just below line 2 of 3). This scratch is on the very edge of the headlight and barely noticable.

# 2 A few very light scatches close to the scatch described above.

I'm asking $60 shipped in California. For everyone on the East Coast the price for me to just ship to y'all is $52.45. Increments in price adjustment will be a UPS standard $10 per day of ground shippment fee. The best deal would be for those closer to Cali. These come without any bulbs whatsoever. However, I'll throw in a set of uninstalled 194 city light sockets+wiring.
