Hey guys. When you turn on your wipers. if you look at the windshield wiper motor, should it be moving a little upwards toward the leaf cover or should it just stay put without moving at all?

I have a 99 Honda civic sedan.

 

You can see your wiper motor? The only thing that should be visibly moving are the wiper arms.

 

Yeah I can see part of the motor. When I turn the wipers on I can see the motor moving upwards a little bit. Is this normal?
