CRV wont start 100% when it rains
its happened to me b4 i replaced the ignitor and coil and new wires already and it didnt happen again till now about 4 months later. there is no cel fuel pump turns on car cranks over just wont start. 



any ideas what it could be this happened actually 1 time after a heavy storm a few months ago but i came out 20 mins later n tried starting it it started right up.

i didnt replace the cap ill have to check that then i just got the car started 2 hrs later i kept the heater on hoping that itll help dry anything if it was from the sides as i saw moisture by the ecu car eventually started.

You can check it quickly by getting a spray bottle and filling it with water. Then start the car and begin to spray the ignition system starting with the entire distributor cap, then work your way along the wires to where they meet the valve cover. Chances are it is the cap like i hateworkingoncars said.
Just keep your hands away from wherever the spark is leaking from. I made the mistake one time of pointing to the crack on a distributor housing to show someone and let's just say those sparks can and do like to jump out pretty far and ground through you LOL.

pull out your plugs also when it wont start and see if there is water in there. Some cars like the odyssey had a problem with the window washer nozle leaking and the water would get into the #4 spark plug cylinder and cause the car to run like **** not start, fowl out plugs. You get the idea. Worth a quick look, especially since you said when it rains it wont start, if the cap is good.
