Default gsr timing off really bad

okay, my gsr was driving good and all, after i did oil change, a week later, it just started to feel weird, when i shoot timing, i can't even seen the 14-18 btdc mark, i have to go under neath the car, and i'll be able to see it, it's a lil below the alternator, i mean how can the car even run when it's retarded this bad, i don't know what can be wrong. i also tested the timing out manually by turning the crank and it is with specs, crank is correct and cams are correct as well, just when i start the car up timing is retarded really bad, the exhaust is choking, i don't know what could be the problem. any help would be greatly appreciate.

Make sure to jump the service connector while trying to reset the timing. IF you do not, the ECU is just going to auto-correct it even though you're physically moving the dizzy.

alright, timing is fix now, but my exhaust is still choking, or more like my engine which causes the exhaust to choke, what could be wrong, i did spark plug, spark plug wire, distributor and cap and rotor already, what could be wrong.
