Default smoking and bogging when cruising

I have a 92 teg with a b20z and only 34xxx on the motor. A couple months ago i was cruising on the highway around 60-70mph and the motor started to bog and lose power. It lasted for a minute then went away. A few weeks later, same thing. I notice a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust as its happening couldnt really tell if it was white or blue, just a lot. Again, lasted for a couple minutes then went away. Now it just happened again but did it when i was getting around town and it lasted longer. I dont think im burning oil because my oil level remains constant. Any ideas? headgasket?

Blue smoke= burning oil, White smoke= head gasket. I think your ignition coil might be going out.

My teg bogs too now, but no smokes, I checked the gapping of new spark plugs they're good. I then use sand paper to clean the battery, distributor cap, rotor arm terminals. It doesnt bog anymore after but I am thinking my ditributor cap and rotor arm maybe coil needs to be replaced. Because I just replaced the plugs and wires.
