hey guys, i know this is my first post on honda-tech but i really need help. i have a 93 del sol with a b16 swap in it. i had to change the outside half of the casing due to the holes for the mount bolts being stripped. when i put the transmission, i started it up to see if it shifted right and everything. here's the thing. when i have the clutch engaged its fine, but when i let off the clutch it just bogs out and dies like it catching on something. its weird and i have no idea what it could be.maybe something with some expertise could possibly help me out?

 

You didn't shim the mainshaft and diff. Pull it apart and set the shim clearances.

 

might need 4 new bearings now.

Heli-coil the old case would have been cheaper.
