Default camshaft install

is there a writeup for this for the f series engines i looked but couldnt find anything

- Remove valve cover.
- Remove timing-belt tension.
- Remove camshaft holders.
- Remove camshaft(s).
- Remove gear(s) from shaft(s).
- Install gear(s) onto new shaft(s).
- Install in reverse.
- Set valve lash.
- Set timing.
- Tune if camshaft is not OEM.

Once you get the cam holders and rockers off, put a paint mark on the timing belt and cam gear. You can lift the dist end off the cam to release belt tension and sneak it out without having to touch the tensioner. When you install the cam, just line up the paint mark. and follow STREET RIDE14's instructions
