Does anyone know where to get a new EF manual steering rack? I've searched all over and have come up with nothing. Even the dealer says they dont carry them anymore. Will an EG manual rack work? Those are easier to come by.

 

You can get rebuild parts for it, and Quaife has a quicker rack you can buy for it.

 

there is no rebuilt manual rack because its just as easy to rebuild yourself. theres really only 1 part to replace, the rack end bushing #10 in the parts diagram, for $11. the labor it takes to remove and replace the whole rack is the 90% of the work.

theres a rack end bushing thread in the faq, look at it.

 

there's a few remanufactured manual racks on ebay. tons of power racks and they are cheaper than the manual ones.
