Most people in this section of the forum are obviously going to be bias towards the civic/cr-x.

For starters...don't use that skunk manifold, it is way too big for your puny B16. Check out the all motor forum and you will see some dyno comparisons of the P30 manifold and an ITR (which the skunk is an improved copy of). You'll see that the P30 kicks *** up until about 7800 RPM's. The B16 stop making power around there anyway so that manifold is matched up pretty good to a 1.6L.

Last but not least...Welcome to H-T and make sure to do very thorough searches when you are looking for additional information. Almost any question you might have has probably been covered a thousand times. Learn to use the Search function on this site and your build will be successful and quite easy.

Cheers

Well i hope you know that the DA body is heavy compare to the civic/crx chassis so the civic/crx would be a better choice for the swap.

I'm not a fan of the B16 motor because it feels like a single cam until vtec hits.

Good luck though.

The DA's a bigger car, the EF is a smaller car. Decide what you want and buy that one.

The B16 will perform better in an civic/crx just because of the lesser weight. DA's are just beautiful cars in general, but of course I'm going to go with a civic/crx. If the crx was too small for you, the civic is a bit bigger and may be to your liking.
