Rally suspension
I have a 91 crx rally car that I just ran on The Black River Stages. The car was reliable, like all Honda products. But I need a better shock/ spring set up. Everyone wants to slam their cars, but I need to go in the opposite direction. Anybody have any suggestions? Any Rallycrossers out there? Thanks Sean Burke
Hey Sean this is Rob from the FWD impreza.
KYB Gr2's are a nice entry level upgrade but they do get a little floaty on gravel over 80mph. i had some on an integra rally car i built. and at 100 mph on gravel i was drifting back and forth..its kinda sketchy..
Hotbits makes rally setup for your car i think and can be had for like 1500 bucks. search for a used set of DMS 40mm or 50mm as well. rebuild prices are coming down and most people are starting to do them themselves.

i have a 91 EF that im swapping a SOHC ZC motor into and i want to rally, pretty much for fun, and was curious what would be the best (cheapest) way to go for suspension?
any input would be appreciated.
