06+ Civic LCA's?
Does anyone know if any aftermarket Company is going to come out with some. I would think that if they are they would have done so by now. Just wondering, thanks in advance.
There was a poll of thread of ppl that would buy thses in what color and a company was supposed to make them but we never got an update. If they do make some I want a pair.
that was my thread. function and form said if i could get 20 people to sign for it, it would be a go. but i didnt get enough people. :shrugs:
Might be me but it seems that lots of companies are forgoing the normal parts that come out early for Civics when it comes to the 08+. As I see it this could be an indication of a couple things really.
1. The market hasn't proven big enough yet. Not enough people really racing the 06+ competitively for real production research to show.
2. It's not needed. Have to consider that maybe Honda made a good LCA for our car. We have lots of interesting quirks with our car that cause some things to be skipped.
Either way I'm sure it will happen sooner or later. I'm not much for a swap like this for cosmetic reasons only but many are.

sure its for cosmetic reasons, but they have made them for every civic and integra since there begining. I was just wondering why they havent made them for the newer civics. all the previous models had great LCA's from the factory it has always been a "looks" mod. but there is nothing like looking at the *** of a car that has LCA's, lower tie bar, sway bar combos imo.
Except for having the rear shock bolts seize into them on just about every single older Civic and Integra, which created a huge market for replacement LCA's. It's cheaper to hack off the old ones and buy new ones instead of using PB blaster, blow torches, endless amounts of struggling and frustration, just to try to salvage the stock LCA's.
BTW, "Function and Form" is in no way affiliated with us.
