Icon2 how to add aux input for stock Honda civic 05 (DIY), searched HT and google

OK, I want to add an aux input for a MP3 player to my stock Honda Civic 05 EX stereo. Sound quality is important to me otherwise I'd go the FM transmitter option. I've heard a few of those and was disappointed.

from what I have read, one way I can do this by adding a cable and a toggle switch that will either be set on CD player or aux input.

I have not found any articles or threads that are detailed enough for doing this.

I'm actually happy with the stock stereo and don't want to buy another one just to get an aux input.

If anyone could please post a thread or some articles I missed about how to do this with detailed instructions I would really appreciate it.

Thank You
