Help throwing codes 2002 RL

Well im stuck. It was throwing a P0401 so i cleaned the egr and it was fine for a while but start throwing the same code again. Soo I replaced the EGR vavle and low and behold still throwing a P0401!

You got to clean out the egr passage, pipe. It pretty hard to do. The carbon build up.
