Default type r engine parts

how to identify type r rocker arm? i don't know whats the real name for that part, cradle? the one where the cam run on it. i have someone trying to sell me some, but i'm not sure if its any different then the one on my b16a. and if there's a way to know if they are type r or not, before i pay too much.

They're called rocker arms and they are the same. If you replace them, do it in three's.
