Default All Motor GSR??????

Hey guys,
I have just finished building my all motor gsr and was wondering what track times I can expect and what kind of numbers i can expect on a dyno jet by bubba at do it dyno.

Here is my build:

Crower Stage 2 cams
Crower Cam gears
Crower valve springs and retainers
supertech valve seals
supertech valve guides
crower valves oversized .5mm on both intake and exhaust
the head is ported and polished to match my port skunk2 manifold and my pro fab headers
skunk2 70mm throttle body
rc 440 injectors
darton sleeves can be bored to 87
je 84mm pistons with my final compression being 11.5 to 1
crower rods knife etched
gsr crank knife etched and micro polished
itr lsd transmission
tuned on a hondata s300 running 91 octane and a wet 125 shot of nitrous

Thanks

How would it be possible to know the state of your engine based on a parts list? Further, it is against forum rules. Just dyno it then take it to a track and report back the results.

I am not asking for exact numbers, just an idea, opinion from other peoples experience of similar builds and I never heard it being against forum rules since I have seen so many people do it.

Rather than hearing about rules, why not read them. Also, you may have seen people doing that but it is against forum rules.

I have no ideal about your engine based on a list of parts. You will have to go into details about how it was assembled, ie clearances, flow per port, chamber volume, cylinder taper, flatness of the deck, final torque on the main caps, cam caps, etc.

Nah! Rules are wack!

Wow! I am just asking for an opinion because this is my first build like this one, but okay.

the head is 40 cfm over stock
pro valve job with valves oversized .5mm
the head was resurface and the head volume was around 44cc
it was tested on a SF-600 flow bench and i have the chart
the intake valve clearance is at the stock clearance
the exhaust valve clearance is at the stock clearance
i did clay molding to see how much contact there was at the valve to piston
the block was cleaned and sleeved with a 84mm bore, the block was milled 0.17" to achieve a stock 41.60cc volume
the head gasket was a golden eagle with a .040" thickness so I could have my 11.5 to 1 compression
the cylinder taper i believe is
the head studs where torqued to 120ft.lbs like golden eagle said with there head gasket
the rods where torqued to 45lbs like crower said
the rest of the torque specs are stock
all the bearing sizes are stock as well as the journal radius

2 people can build the same motor and end up with quite a difference in end results, power wise. Even if all else is equal, the person doing the tuning can have a drastic effect on the end result.

As Mar778c said, dyno your car and report back to us. The opinions you're looking for are against the rules. You can get your own ideas from looking through the dyno threads posted in the FAQ's if you really want to know.

If he lives in California or many parts of Canada, 91 is all you can get.

This is a 35hp single nozzle wet kit on a 2.0l B18c1, about the same compression, JG manifold, "REAL" hytec, crower 3's, "EcTune" street tune and full interior, on 93 octane, only reving to 9k, nothing changed timing or plug wise with the spray, just wired up and test. Plan is to spray it big this winter. DAILY DRIVEN!

Are you running a direct port with the 125 shot?

^^^^Third gear burnouts, 24.5"^^^^
Should probably be a little quicker with the mph it puts down but I'm not really driving it as hard as I should be. It was my only car for the time being. Picked up a new daily after 3yrs today... Time to go fast! lol

Yeah well, for some reason the salesman from BISI never finished our conversation. Seems like they must have some pretty hectic weekends out in "the great cali" because this happened to me twice. Said he'd get back to me on monday and............? No PM's after that. **** it, I have Bisi's cell number that he gave me in Orlando, eventually I'll get over it and just call him... Until then, I ran a 12.1 with CROWER STAGE 3's on motor without A dyno! I think they do alright. What cams do you suggest? JUN I'm guessing?

I'd ask you why but I have a feeling it would be a long story huh. To each his own I guess. I have had no issues with them yet, do plan to try something else as does everyone. Been in there for three years and I just recently had that response issue with the salesman from bisi. So, I'll be running these until I put the direct port on and upgrade cams, injectors etc.

I perfer skunk2 or rocket.. but non-the-less.. crower is a good brand.. valvetrain and cams wise.

Hey man what's up. My pistons are 11 to 1 but the head is resurfaced a bit so I'm guessing when I say 11.5cr. never did the actual math on it. I've seen your videos as well, siht's bad. I wanted to hit elevens on motor but winter came and went too fast haha; had to use the bottle. I built it for spray so I'm planning for a direct port this winter.
Yeah, that call out video was for some local guys that did alot of talking the past couple of years but they never wanted to go to the track. The type of dudes that say "oh, my all motor car is 10seconds" but never even been to the track. They've got a variety of cars and mostly race all the high school kids with automatic accords and cavaliers. Hang out up at the "car club" which I don't go to those, and tell all the kiddies that we don't show up 'cause we're scared.
Long story short, I smoked a 6.0L GTO that one of these guys drives, (random race when I was headed to a friends house)dudes wife was in the car and all but he denied it when I called them out on it. We went twice from different speeds and he even gave me big props after wards, which is not common from the domestic guys.
They always have a big build in the works that all the younger guys around town talk and talk about but it never happens. Whatever right. They don't talk no more because all kinds of people were asking me to verify that video when I posted it, which I did. Sipped shut, no more talkin'! Haven't deleted it yet, And just so everyone else knows, I am NOT a street racer however, I do run into the occasional exibition of speed on my way to work and stuff. If there is no traffic it happens; I'm not an idiot! I pay to run at the track, prefer to do so.

My buddy just sold his green eg hatch to a guy that hangs out w/ cft. "Javier" I think his name is? It's the 2.2L-B18c5, it kinda looks like mine, but it's greener... and not as fast.LOL I haven't raced at the track since probably april or may? I'll be back out soon though, Got a baby about to come out so I've just been chill. Can't break the car since it's my only ride. Haha
