Default tuning on 100 octain

i plan to tune with ECtune on 100 octain. what are the limits as far as power goes with 100 octain?

yes this is. i know there is no exact number. i just wanted to see what kinda of power people have made using 100 octain. im starting to consider to just use q16 and not even bother with the 100 octain...
