It does but there will be two visible holes still remaining from the factory GS-R wing. There is one big hole from GSR spoiler light wiring (~1") and a smaller one for one of the mounts (~3/8").

The only aftermarket replica that I know of that fits good and covers all the holes is the Wings West.

yep that's true! Get a good aftermarket name brand if you're not going with OEM and don't want to drill new holes!

I have all three! OEM ITR Spoiler, a Ebay ITR Spoiler, and a 99-00 Civic Si Spoiler

The OEM ITR didn't need any drilling. The 99-00 Civic SI Spoiler fit okay but you had to make one hole on each side bigger, and the ebay ITR Spoiler fit like **** (You had to drill new holes)!

If your wing currently has the middle LED's in it you can order an ITR replica with the led's also and you shouldnt have to plug any of the current holes, just a thought if you wanna go that way.

Also, if your GSR doesn't have a third brake light you could be pulled over if you get a wing w/o the LED 3rd brake light without installing the highmount brake light in your rear window. I know that most LS models have the third brake light already installed because both LS's that i have owned have had them.. but unsure about the GSR's. no third brake light = reason to be pulled over

I got a Type R spoiler for my 95 GSR from MYSpoiler.com and i fit perfect without having to drill any holes. I mainly got it just because i didnt want to take my car to a body shop to shave the holes in the trunk. Unfortunately like stated above you still have a couple of holes but cover them and their not that noticeable. The place i ordered mine from damaged the first one so they sent me a CF TYPE R spoiler(SWEET!)
