if you get it for your year it should fit just fine with out having an issue of fitment and sticking out and get a test pipe so it will sound super sweet

I have it on my R. I'm running it with a JDM OEM 4-1 header and a T1R JDM-length resonated test pipe. Fits perfect and does not stick out. The only complaint though is from the rear pipe's hangers. They don't completely line up with the factory hangers in that the pipe sits centered. The piping is slightly angled.

Not a very good picture...

looks slightly angled to me, lookin good

i'll attempt to borrow tools and fit it up today. I don't have any money to spend on a jdm itr header, jdm cat, or aadjustable test pipes =(

well the cheapest way to get the fitment of the BC S2 to your liking is just have the exhaust shop chop the piping and re angle the hangers to have it where you would like to have it seated or you can save alot of money by just having them make a 2.5piping from your axle back to a 3 inch tip that's what a couple of my buddy's and i have done.

^ lol how does that look like?

anyways i got my bc2 on and it fits FLUSH no modding of the pipes or hangers needed. it just bolted straight up like it was ment for the car exact model ahha

also is a gasket required on the triangle bolt pattern of the cat? i didn't use one cuz the one i got from pepboy didn't fit and was already mounting the exhaust...

well, just a slight problem, the tip is touching the bumper and i don't want melted bumper paste on my ****, what can i do to pull the bumper upwards? i don't want to bend the exhaust down.

anyways, i have some slight air leaks because i just slipped the pipes on w/ no springs. I actually called the buddy club people and they quote 5$ per spring, but the guy was nice and said i could get some at home depot. but the one i went to had FAT *** springs... very incorrect.

if anyone has bought bcspec2 exhaust springs from a hardware store before, post and let me know the type you got, size, etc etc

thanks

Just spend the money to buy the springs. Do it right the first time.

The hanger on the axleback part, put it on the second chassis hanger.

No pics or diagrams. It is the 'lower' hanger.

i put it on the lower hanger on the left side with the smallest hanger possible and i have a big gap between the bumper and the muffler tip,

mid pipe also hanging really low so ground clearance is ouch level =(

would putting a longer hanger in the previous position let it sit higher and still not rub? i need to go find some
