Just picked these up and All I know about them is that they are:

--15x6.5

--Made in the USA

--They are about 2-3lbs lighter than EM1/EM2 "Si" rims--this is just by comparison (picking them up)

--The center bore is bigger than Honda's. I didn't measure it yet, but my guess is VW center bore.

--Not that relevant, but the offset is around 38-40mm

Looks like AR or american racing wheels. Something that sears sells, and they probably still do.

Just painted white and lost it's center cap.

 

Hhmm, the Sears site is down and the AR website doesn't list them. AR was my first guess as well though.

 

Any other ideas?

It could also be some wheel brand that Discount Tire Co. used to sell.

 

Looks like Prelude SE knockoffs. Not American racing according to their site. Closest I found there was Motegi DV5, and it's not it.
