hey doods, i no newb to coilovers or suspension work in any way. I have tein basics on my prelude right now but even lowered all the way down i cant get as low as i want. So now the time comes for me to purchase new coilovers to get me lower. I dont care about handling and all that stuff, i just wanna be low, and as low as possible. anyone have any recommedations? i heard the koni/GC setup can get you pretty low, but i wanna be dumped ya know. anyways thanks for the help in advance!

try air suspension if ya wanna be dumped.

 

I agree, best way to get low.

 

Preludes are known for their grace in and out of corners. Putting the undercarriage on the ground completely defeats the purpose. So use a Civic instead.

That said, having no springs is the easiest way to achieve your goal.

ya i dont like cars dumped i like them a little lower then stock but not to much cuz then it still will ride like crap u know but ood luck with whatever u get

 

Please don't ruin another Prelude and embarrass yourself by dropping your car to the ground.

But, to answer your question, you won't be able to buy anything that will just bolt in and get your car that low. You need to learn about how suspension works and get under there and look at your car. There are a hundred ways to get as low as you want, but it will take some work...cutting, welding, etc etc type of work.
