This one is a fun one. If your car will not open from the inside door handle or the outside door handle and neither of the handles themselves are broken then most likely you own a faulty door latch assembly. I have replaced many of them but I'll warn you this repair can get ugly. To repair you will first need to get the door panel off from the inside. This is difficult to do with out damageing it so take your time and be careful. From there you need an air hammer kit and air. Basically, use an air hammer to destroy the latch mechanism itself. Voila door open, then replace the latch assy. Sounds easy to read but this repair sucks. Ear and eye protection are a must. Unless you feel very comfortable I would advise finding someone who is.

UPDATE:
i have managed to take off the complete door panel on the inside even with the door shut...everything is functioning but it look s as if the motor stuck *locked* cause all the levers work but the door will not open

Again if all the mechanisms work but the latch doesn't unlatch then the latch assy is the problem. Now you have to remove it and replace it. THe removal part is the difficult part without the door opening . Either use the air hammer method or try this out I have done it this way and it worked also Good for the no air owner. I cut and pasted this for you.
You will need a drill. You will need a 1/8" bit and a 1/4 " bit. I found that a standard 1/8" bit (At approx 2 3/4 ") was not quite long enough, and a longer bit (at 6") was too long, so I had to buy a longer 1/8 " bit and cut it to about 4 1/4". The standard short length for a 1/4" bit is 4", which was fine. I was able to get a Sears 12v cordless drill inside the door to get the job done.
Measure from the center of the "pivot rivet" drop down 1 1/16" and
center punch a hole. The hole should be horizontally about 1/8" from
the embossed stiffening ridge (to the door skin side). Be precise about the location (measure twice-punch once) and make sure the punch is deep enough to prevent slipping as you may have to drill at a bit of an angle.
I made a paper template to the above dimensions and taped it over the lock inside face, so I could use both hands to punch the spot.
Drill this hole with the 1/8" drill bit. Stop when the bit goes through
the first layer of metal. Re-drill the hole using a 1/4" drill bit.
After drilling through the first layer, let the drill bit go further
and hit the internal parts of the latch.
Normally the drill bit will hit the right latch part and the latch
will release. (But not open the door fully) If it does not, use a screwdriver through the 1/4" hole to release the latch. Simply turning and moving a flat screwdriver tip inside the 1/4" hole will usually release the latch (and open the door). If all else fails, drill this hole larger and try again to hit the release. Once you have the door open, make sure that all linkage is disconnected. Don't forget to disconnect the linkage that goes to the key tumbler. you must at least remove the bolt that holds the bottom of the rear glass channel. Remove the 3 bolts holding the mechanism in place. You will need to move the bottom of the channel over to get the lock mechanism out.

i cant image what the post is talking about
UPDATE:
Ok everyone I got it to open... I'm going to try to explain it step by step as best as I can.
Step 1: Remove Drivers Seat
Step 2: Remove the seat belt panel in between the drivers door and the left
rear door on the inside. By doing this you free up a visual to the
drivers door panel on the left side.
Step 3: Get two flat head screw drivers,
use one to pry the panel a little bit and the other to pop the panel
clips all the way up and down that left side. Once you have loosened
the left side of the panel you can do the rest by hand. You would
think there is no way to get the panel off with the door shut, but
after you have gotten the rest loose all that is left is the rest of the
panel covered by the dash. All you have to do is grasp it and pull
towards the back seats. NOT towards the right front passengers
seat. It will actually slide right out. It looks as if Honda was aware
this was gonna happen and pre-made the clips to just slide out.

Step 4: Now that you have the door panel off, you should be able to see the
hitch mechanism. (WARNING: This is what I had to do for my Door.
My actuator was stuck in the closed position and would not unlatch
no matter what I did. Do this at your own risk) Use a
screwdriver (flat-head) and place the head on the latch. Hold it
to where the base fo the screwdriver is open. Grab a BFH, and start
hammering away creating a chisel action, destroying the latch and
eventually it will break into pieces and droip and the latch will open
This is not very wise but it was my last resort... Hopefully it helps someone
