Crossdrilled/slotted rotor direction?
I'm sure it probly dosent affect the performance as far as stopping distance, but I'm pretty sure these aid in cooling over extended periods of heavy breaking. So my concern lies in the direction of the slots/holes as it pertains to that.
The only real way to know (at this point) if they're on the wrong side or not is to ask the manufacturer. Different manufacturers will drill/slot rotors either way. Usually there's some kind of marking to differentiate the left and right sides, whether it be some sort of stamp or sticker that's on there before installation.

brembo says on my rotors that the inside of the slot should rotate to come into contact with the pad first.. had a nifty diagram that came with the rotors as well
also, logic would say so as it would allow the slots to do their job..
