A friend of mine selling a Silver ek believe it's a 99' not sure, but he has Gsr front and rear disk conversion extended arp studs function and form suspension front and rear type r lips spoon replica wing ctr replica lights and grill an si speedo 2 1/2 piping stock exhaust and stock interior (other than the speedo) clean as F***, he is not sure how much he should ask for it, what do you guys think is a good asking price.

 

Is the title clean? How many miles?

 

stock d series motor? paint and body condition? if the motors stock probably wont be able to get that much more then the blue book value otherwise it sounds like a great platform for someone to start a project with GLWS

 

clean title and i believe the chassis has les than 100k, paint is clean, just a shell cuz he already sold the swap so perfect for a swap ready to drop in

 

all these upgrades are nice, and he may have spent a good bit of money putting them on the car.. but they don't add as much value as one would hope..

if it's "magazine worthy" or has actually been issued in a magazine.. sure you can sell it for a good bit more than blue book value.

but most people view buying a modded car as buying someone elses problems... there may be no problems at all but they don't know that untill they buy it and get stuck paying the bill.

all that to say, maybe $1,500 over blue book max. if your friend thinks he can get more out of the parts he's got on the car changing it back to stock.. he may want to consider that route. not a bad idea to try to list it for more than that just to see if anyone bites. you can always come down later if you don't get any interested parties.
