Default Need advice on swap!!!

I'm about to pick up a 89 CRX very clean (stock) non Si model. Its an Automatic. I have a B16 out of my 99 Si (EM1) that has a Jackson Racing Supercharger. Im curious if I will have fitment issues do to the supercharger hitting the brake booster? Seeing if tre is anyone with a CRX that has done a b16 with a JRSC swap.

Lastly do yo think Im better of going with a manual CRX so its easier on the swap?

You would just have to swap out the pedal assembly and convert the car to MPFI. There are alot of people running a JRSC on a b16 CRX.
